PRIVACY POLICY

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

 

1. Eligibility

The Saloniki Greek Golden Pita Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Saloniki Greek (the “Sponsor”), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such individual are not eligible to participate.

3. Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

 

4. Promotion Timing

The Promotion begins on March 16, 2026 at 11:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on April 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Sponsor’s designated systems are the official time-keeping devices for the Promotion.

 

5. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter:

A. Golden Pita Entry

During the Promotional period, select Saloniki Greek guests will randomly receive their pita wrapped in GOLD paper (a “Golden Pita”) containing a QR code.

To enter:

1. Scan the QR code;

2. Complete and submit the online entry and eligibility form;

3. Be an active member of the Saloniki Greek Loyalty Program at the time of entry and winner selection.
    

The QR code will direct entrants to the official entry form. All required fields must be completed to receive one (1) entry.

Golden Pita wrappers are randomly distributed while supplies last. Receipt of a Golden Pita does not guarantee winning. All entrants are subject to verification.

 

B. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without receiving a Golden Pita, hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, date of birth, and loyalty account email on a 3”x5” card and mail it in a properly stamped envelope to:

Limit: One (1) entry per envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 30, 2026 and received by May 7, 2026.

Mail-in entries will receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes drawing.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due entries.

Use of automated entry systems is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

 

6. Winner Selection and Verification

On or about May 8, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Ten (10) potential winners will be selected.

Potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor. An entrant is not a winner unless and until:

• Eligibility has been verified;

• Loyalty membership is confirmed active;

• Required documentation (if requested) is completed and returned.
   

Sponsor will not accept screenshots, photos, or other evidence in lieu of its validation process.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

 

7. Prize Details

Grand Prize (10 Winners Total)

Each winner will receive “Saloniki Greek for a Year”, defined as:

• A total promotional value of $832, representing the approximate average cost of one meal per week for fifty-two (52) weeks.

• Awarded as promotional credits deposited into the winner’s Saloniki Greek Loyalty account.

• Credits will be issued as a one-time deposit or in another structure determined by Sponsor.

• Credits must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of issuance.

• Valid only at participating Saloniki Greek locations.
   

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $832
Total ARV of all prizes: $8,320

Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitutions except at Sponsor’s discretion.

Limit: One (1) prize per person.

Winners are responsible for all taxes associated with prize receipt and use.

 

8. Loyalty Program Requirement

Active membership in the Saloniki Greek Loyalty Program is required to:

• Enter via Golden Pita QR code and entry form;

• Claim and receive prize credits.
   

Membership is free and subject to the Saloniki Greek Loyalty Terms & Conditions.

If a potential winner is not a loyalty member at time of verification, they must enroll prior to prize fulfillment or forfeit the prize within 7 days of being contacted.

 

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

 

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. In no event will more prizes be awarded than stated in these Official Rules.

 

11. Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

 

12. Limitations of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Technical failures of any kind;

• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries;

• Unauthorized human intervention;

• Errors in administration or processing;

• Any injury or damage arising from participation or prize use.
   

13. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that:

• Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action;

• Claims shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts;

• Venue shall be in Massachusetts state or federal courts.
